person, organization, business, charity or entity in, doing business in, or
associated with the state of Washington.
Our website is solely for information & amusement purposes ONLY for Washington. Sorry
for this inconvenience as this matter is out of our control and due to the
misinterpretation by Washington state officials of Washington State RW 410 without regard to
any & all sub statues and decisions which are in contrast to The unison and
universally accepted definition of 100% legal contests in all other 49 states. Federally and worldwide
jurisdictions shortsighted.
With Washington state doing minimal due diligence shortsightedness and reckless regulatory
overreaching, their knee-jerk inproper illegal opinion has jeopadized ineptly the proper
conduct & interpretations for the smooth running of common place contest promotions in their jurisdiction.
Please contact your state representatives, congressman, senators, AG office and
Governor, and watch for updates on this website on this matter in why 60 year
statues were not followed.
We expect this matter to be overturned by , federal court & federal
decisions in the near future* (see more details below).
During this hiatus Washington residents need to be keenly aware that upstart, less experienced companies
will pop up to fill this void, and cause chaos in the millions of $$ of disputes as was experienced in the only two
other states foolish enough to misinterpret these year old promotion contest statues.
Those states quickly revamped and corrected their decision / ill advised opinion that contests were improper. Unfortunately after Million Dollar Disputes

It is strongly recommended that NO contest be pursued
by state of Washington individuals at this time.
Why the state of Washington would initiate and come after us & not
anyone else in a sledge and hammer manner? A small business on the other
side of the U.S. that was quietly pursuing the American Dream for 32 years
is beyond reasonable comprehension.
After 23 years in business was when
they initiated this, in our words RailRoading, witch hunt for pubicity. Even with impeccable
references from the FBI, Pentagon, Governors, Peers, AG offices, expert
witnesses,
Testimonial winners, and many, many,
more. Plus Washingto State Insurance Department's Own investigative expert Dan Bader in conjunction with a
confidential informant in 2009 pursued our company for a year and came to the
conclusion that there are zero Washington State violations & zero
improprieties. These reports are now being withheld from the public? And
judges to make an informed decision. Why? again.
Strange to say the least why a regulatory agency W-OIC would make an issue
out of this small niche industry and embellish a pathetically weak civil suit, of a never executed
non-contractual agreement
where their witnesses in the accounts payable department did NOT authorize
the contest nor payment to proceed with any promotion (also withheld from the public
& judges) with our firm. Then to blow up their mistakes with crazy press releases &
false facts.
This is why there is in 2017 a backlash against excessive regulations
where 75% is recommended to be abolished or for every new government
regulations, 2 are to be eliminated.
The correct individual state proper protocol is to obtain 10,000+ signatures AND THEN go to the state legislature, invite pro &
con & if the people and lawmakers agree with one side or a comprolise a proper statue is written from all opinions signed by the Governor
and we have an unambiguous law.
This was attempted by one state and it completely back-fired. The state officials through
proper state legislature made ALL contests of promotion a
Non-Insurance product and the Insurance Commission has zero jurisdiction over them.
*The problem is and has always been that no state agency will get this
accomplished properly due to an uproar from groups like the Girl Scouts of
America – Korean Americans, Scottish Rite cultural contests, Fairs & Festivals, even a transaction
between a parent & child for a prize for good grades is now criminalized and/or
subject to ridiculous fines & penalties. Due solely to the “rush to
judgement” by the W-OIC that these are all improper insurance products.

This clearly means that the erroneous interpretation by Washington OIC
incriminates millions of state residents, transactions & why this is NOT an illegal
product or service in all 49 states, worldwide and dissed by every top
expert such as Wharton School of Business Insurance, S.B.A. (with support of the U.S. Attorney General's office) & Harvard
Insurance Law.
With this absurd misinterpretation solely state of Washington's fault could
not be farther from the real truth. The whole state has practically been
criminalized and anyone associated with it. Therefore if is sad to say that
with these inept officials, we will continue to do absolutely no work correspondence, provide no
services, consultation with the people of Washington in the future, as we
have had a very happy professionally existence with all other states and countries for 30+
