Hole in One INSURANCE RULES and ELIGIBILTY for Hole in One Contestants

YOU MAY NOT EVEN KNOW YOU ARE USING ONE.
Ask for our list of Middle Man Hole in One Companys When it's time for your event do NOT entrust it to a Middle Man. NO matter whom they tell you they are supported by.
If you are getting 1 contract AND RULES from a middle man then they are handing it off to their supporter = # 2 contract AND RULES Then they claim to have an insurance company or backer = # 3 contract AND RULES
IT is basically follow the bouncing ball amongst 3-4 company Set of Rules and guidelines with EACH different company rules terms and conditions.

1.) Valid payment must be paid PRIOR to the event to bind coverage.
2.) USGA Rules Apply in All Cases.
3.) NO Past or Current Golf Professionals.
4.) NO Past or Current Club or Mini-Pro Tour Professionals. Hole-in-WON.com determination is final.
5.) NO Substitutions.
6.) NO College or High School GOLF Players within the last 5 years.
7.) NO Cross-Over from other sports (as per addendum #3 # 4 & #6. Hole-in-WON.com determination is Final.
8.) NO Elite Amateurs fields. (50% or more of the event have Currently or within 2 years played organized golf or a related cross-over sport and/or maintained a Less than 10.0 handicap. Hole-in-WON.com determination is final. MEMBER-GUESTS take NOTE.
9.) A professional is also defined as anyone who is currently in, or has been within the last 5 years, the Golf industry or pursues as a profession, profits and/or gains from the golf industry. EX: (Golf School Instructors, Golf Teachers, Golf School) Hole-in-Won.com’s determination is Final.
10.) Notification to contestant(s) can ONLY be made the day of the event and randomly selected. There was NO pre-registration, sign-up, or elimination of ANY individual person or group in order to SKEW the quality of golf level of the praticipants for sucess.
11.) Minimum Yardage as stated on contract. NO Exceptions.
12.) Women are allowed 20 yards less than the men’s yardages, ONLY if stated on contract, BUT, not less than 135 yds.
13.) 1 winner ONLY or shared award unless otherwise stated in writing.
14.) 1 Independent witness or MORE is required on MAIN prize Hole(s), based on Prize value. Additional Witness(es) a Police or a PGA official, AND unedited videotape, may also be required for larger prize values. 18 years of age or older and NOT the client or signee on the contract. MEANING: Someone sitting in a chair watching the golfers go by, NOT in any of the group(s) of competing golfers.
15.) Only 1 Shot allowed per contestant. NO Multiple Attempts, Mulligan’s, Extra Shots or Re-try’s allowed.
16.) ALL changes to the contract must be done in writing and signed off on by a Hole-in-WON official PRIOR to the event start, except player count.
17.) Exact or changes in Player count (+ or -5) can be phoned into Hole-in-WON.com at 203-831-0600 24 hours-7 days a week but MUST be PRIOR to the event TEE-OFF START.
18.) Overpayment in players will result in a 100% refund issued by Hole-in-WON.com while an understated player count will result in an additional fee and invoice or credit card charge issued by Hole-in-WON.com.
19.) Client/Contestants must also adhere to all contractual points, terms, conditions, and the rules and regulations of the USGA. NO exceptions under ANY condition or at ANY location.
20.) Homemade or temporary Putting surfaces Must be flat in Nature NOT have any sharp breaks towards the hole or breaks from each side of the cup causing Any type of funnel effect towards the hole. MINIMUM distance is required. Hole-in-Won.com’s determination for ALLOWANCE is Final and must be approved PRIOR to event start.
21.) NO Current or Former employees, immediate member of any family, agents, successors, assignee’s of the sponsor/client are eligible, as well as any promotional company, advertising agency, organization or company involved with the event. The parties acknowledge that Hole-In-Won.com is NOT liable for reimbursement of any prize(s) otherwise payable to promotional contestants who are in violation of this provision. WAIVED for LOCAL EVENTS.
22.) Names and likenesses of promotion winner(s) may be used by Hole-In-Won.com and or its designee(s) for promotional purposes without further compensation to the client or the promotion winner(s).
23.) Any and All changes to this addendum MUST be done in writing and signed on by the client and Hole-In-Won.com PRIOR to the event.
24.) All eligibility terms, and conditions of this addendum are the SOLE responsibility of the client.
25.) Contracted courses, hole #’s and MINIMUM Yardages are ONLY allowed for coverge..
